Ijeoma Anadu Okoli is a powerhouse of impact and leadership in both corporate and community spaces. As a seasoned executive with leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including United Airlines, Sysco, and Baker Hughes, she brings deep expertise in global business operations, travel & expense strategy, program management, and enterprise transformation.
Beyond corporate leadership, Ijeoma applies her program management expertise to ventures rooted in cultural preservation and community building. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of My Native Tree, your private AI Family historian helping families preserve their stories, photos, and memories privately and securely. She also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Umu Igbo Unite (UIU), a nonprofit empowering the Igbo diaspora through cultural connection, professional development, and entrepreneurship. In addition, she co-created Ije the World Traveler, a children’s media brand that teaches Igbo language and heritage through books and animation.
